LOL!! ok, ok. I AM still alive! I can’t believe I haven’t updated before now! Time has a way of just slipping by and before ya know it?? It’s DAYS or in my case, WEEKS later.
First news is that my husband did find a new job! Already! I couldn’t believe it! There just isn’t that much out there right now, especially in his field so he really got lucky. The pay will be a slight adjustment, it’s lower but I am not going to complain! Yet anyway
He’s employed. That’s the most important thing.
As for me? Well I’m still looking and waiting for a job outside the home. Hoping to hear from the state soon for a “immediate” fill position I applied for. We shall see just how immediate it really is! LOL
I am STILL doing my vexel and line-art. In fact I’m trying to expand. If you know me at all you’ll not be surprised at this one. I’m working on a new site! LOL! I know Andy! Kill me now! Anyway I love Wordpress but it has it’s limits so I’m switching to a Joomla! system. Got started and knowing me it will be awhile but I’ll keep everyone updated.
I’m really hoping to have some cool offers and freebie stuff with the new site. So just don’t forget me if I forget to update
Well that’s all from the trenches at the moment. Still have a few vexels in the works. They’re just taking some time, of course, but they’ll be finished pretty soon! At least by the time my new site will be.
ahh..almost forgot the Twilight part in my title! I’m on book 3 already! I have to say I’m pretty pleasantly surprised with the series. I didn’t think I’d like it, I do like horror genres like Stephen King but I wasn’t so sure about a teenage vampire love story. I do like it though. It’s holding my attention wondering if Bella is going to get what she thinks she wants, wondering about the wolf pack and poor ol’ Jacob. sigh… I can’t help but LOVE Edward of course. I guess I’m perpetually 16! That’s ok. A gal can dream

Yay for you and your hubby! That’s great news. Although I have flirted with the idea, so far I’ve managed to keep from picking up the Twilight series, but all you people who keep raving about how good it is are really making it hard for me, lol!
